1 huge handful of baby Arugula
½ cup of frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen mango or peaches
1 banana
1 scoop acai or mango sorbet
½ cup mango juice
1 T agave syrup
Combine all ingredients in blender. Add any supplements you would like!
Tip-Kids can’t tell they are getting their leafy greens or supplements!!
Everything in this is so good for the children and tastes delicious, too!
